Farewell Party. Just Closing the Program, Not The End of The Story😊

August 31, 2018. Still a few days from the return schedule to Indonesia. But the farewell event will be held on that date.
Like the song lyrics by Endang Soekanti. The beginning will end, the sunrise will sink, the tide will recede, meet will separate. Then this is the day.
But this farewell event was only a ceremonial closing of teaching practice activities. It's not the end of all stories. The farewell party was held twice. The first with students. The second is with the College of Education CLSU and the USHS extended family.
Farewell with students is done differently in each class. Because I teach in the 10 Achievers and Innovators classes, just like Ijah (Ariza Safira; Physics) our farewell is done in that class.
At first we did not have any expectations of how to part with the students. So when I entered the class, with the lights that they deliberately turned off, I felt very surprised. They welcomed us with a smile, sat in a U shape, invited us to sit in front. The event began, guided by the MC
They expressed their gratitude and conveyed their impressions, each from representatives of 10 Achievers and 10 Innovators. Instantly the atmosphere turned to emotion. Furthermore, they gave a memento to us. I was given a chocolate cake box that write "Kami Mencintai Kamu Guru Farwa" and 1 small box containing the students' messages for me.
Before closing, the MC invited us to deliver a speech for them. So for some reason, I don't know, when delivering a speech, tears kept flowing, I spoke in a trembling voice. The students also listened very well and solemnly to what I conveyed.
I was very touched and honored by their welcome. Not expecting them to prepare for this sweet farewell event. In closing, we also took pictures together. They were very enthusiastic for this one session. Hahahaha, these children really exist when dealing with cameras.

The Cakes Given by 10 Achievers. How sweet they are💗.

In front of the class with Ijah when receiving gifts from students. Ijah got a series of roses and 1 box cake.

Together with class presidents of 10 Innovators and 10 Achievers. There was Ericka who was beside the president of 10 Innovators. Hehe

Maybe he is embarrassed to take me a photo together😂

The students said that she (Michelle) is similar to me. Hehe. But of course she is prettier and sweeter than me

Joint photos that were very chaotic. Hehehehe. I love you so much ma first beloved students

Farewell Party part II was held at the CLSU Cafeteria RET. Together with the Faculty of Education and Large Family Staff of University Scince High School (USHS). Some representative students from each level were also invited to the event. Just like a parting event in general, after remarks from faculty officials, SEA Teacher 6 Batch participants were asked to give a speech, conveying their impressions and messages during the program. This farewell not only parted with everything in the Philippines, but also with the family Abon Tilapia. But that's the reality that must be faced. This program is complete, but our relationship must always continue.

After the farewell party is over. Together with our cooperating teachers and student representatives from each class.

That day so many tears were shed, just like the sky after the farewell event was over.
See you next time, for us to meet again
